1. Company Information

EXCELLE UNION is a stone trading company operating from China's premier stone manufacturing region. We specialize in natural granite, marble, and engineered quartz stone production, serving construction contractors, real estate developers, and hospitality renovation companies worldwide.

Our services include:

• Custom stone fabrication and processing
• Kitchen and bathroom countertop production
• Indoor and outdoor stone product design and manufacturing
• Engineered quartz slab production
• Stone trading and supply chain management

2. Service Terms and Conditions

2.1 Order Process

All orders must be confirmed in writing with detailed specifications including dimensions, materials, finishes, and delivery requirements. Orders become binding upon our written acceptance and receipt of required deposits.

2.2 Custom Fabrication

Custom stone products are manufactured according to client specifications. Changes to approved designs may result in additional costs and delivery delays. Final measurements must be confirmed before production begins.

2.3 Quality Standards

All products meet industry-standard quality specifications. Natural stone variations in color, veining, and texture are inherent characteristics and not considered defects. We guarantee workmanship for a period of one year from delivery.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

3.1 Pricing

Prices are quoted based on current material costs and exchange rates. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Price adjustments may apply for orders exceeding quoted timeframes.

3.2 Payment Schedule

• 30% deposit required upon order confirmation
• 40% payment due at production completion
• 30% final payment due before shipment
• Payment terms may vary for established commercial accounts

3.3 Late Payment

Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month. Orders may be held pending payment resolution.

4. Delivery and Shipping

4.1 Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery timeframes range from 2-6 weeks depending on order complexity and destination. Express services available for additional fees. Delivery dates are estimates and subject to production schedules and shipping availability.

4.2 Shipping Terms

Shipping costs are additional unless specified otherwise. Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon delivery to carrier. International shipments subject to customs clearance and import duties.

4.3 Delivery Inspection

Buyers must inspect deliveries immediately upon receipt. Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours with photographic documentation.

5. Returns and Warranties

5.1 Custom Products

Custom-fabricated products cannot be returned unless defective or not manufactured to specifications. Standard stock items may be returned within 30 days in original condition.

5.2 Warranty Coverage

We warrant products against manufacturing defects for one year from delivery. Warranty does not cover normal wear, improper installation, or damage from misuse.

5.3 Warranty Claims

Warranty claims require written notice with supporting documentation. Remedies limited to repair, replacement, or credit at our discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of products delivered. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or punitive damages including but not limited to installation delays, project delays, or lost profits.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, material shortages, or transportation disruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, specifications, and proprietary information remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers grant us rights to use project images for marketing purposes unless confidentiality is specifically requested.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process customer information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Customer data is used solely for order fulfillment, communication, and service improvement. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except as required for order completion.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. International transactions may be subject to additional trade regulations and treaties.

10.2 Dispute Process

Disputes should first be addressed through direct communication with our customer service team. Unresolved disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration through recognized commercial arbitration services.

11. Modifications and Updates

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with revision dates. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
